Today, cloud computing and big data are two important parts of the development of information technology. The cloud platform gradually occupies an important position in daily life.Cloud computing, storage, sharing, bringing more and more convenience for people's lives. However,as the use of the cloud has become more widespread, its problems have become increasingly prominent. The increase of cloud users and the increase of network data make the cloud load rise sharply, the load of cloud nodes is uneven, the reliability and security of cloud platform are greatly challenged, and the load balancing strategy allocated by the initial tasks can not Meet cloud platform load balancing needs. Therefore, aiming at the problem of uneven node load caused by long-term operation of cloud platform, this paper proposes a cloud load balancing method based on improved Vicsek model and virtual machine migration. This method selects both sides of the virtual machine load migration with the Vicsek model as the core, and uses the trust assessment model between nodes to ensure the load migration security. This method can effectively balance the load between cloud platform nodes and improve the overall service capability of the cloud platform.First of all, aiming at the problem that the existing load balancing model is poor in distribution regulation and lacks in late allocation,an improved Vicsek model is proposed for distributed late load regulation in cloud platform. This model is based on the idea of swarm intelligence-the rate and direction of individuals in a group are influenced by other individuals in the neighborhood to achieve overall consistency.Compared with the traditional Vicsek model, the improved model adds individual volume and residual energy, emphasizes individual differences and can be used to solve the problem of load balancing among nodes with load disparity in the cloud platform.Secondly, aiming at the problem that the security of the platform can not be guaranteed due to the virtual machine transmission between nodes in the late load balancing process,a two-way trust evaluation method for cloud load balancing is proposed.By evaluating both the receiver and the sender, the method changes the one-way selection transmission object to satisfy the trust condition for both parties to transmit, thus improving the overall operation safety and reducing the probability of unreliable transmission. The experimental results show that this method can guarantee the high accuracy and speed of information flow compared with trustless evaluation and one-way trust evaluation. Finally, aiming at the problem of poor balance, poor efficiency of balance and low distribution ability of the existing cloud load balancing model in the late stage, this paper presents a three-tier virtual machine load migration based on the improved Vicsek model in combination with the proposed improved model and two-way trust evaluation model Balance method. The method is divided into three parts: migration triggering strategy, load balancing strategy and load migration method.Prediction triggering, trusted migration and pre-copy migration are respectively used to balance the load in the cloud platform while ensuring the stability of the migration. The experimental results show that this method can effectively balance the load and ensure that the cloud platform maintains high service availability.
