Cloud computing is a computing mode after distributed processing, parallel processing and grid computing, which changes network's service mode and provides a new commerce mode. It's also a new technology of the next-generation network and applications.With dynamic and multi-dimensional cloud computing virtualization resources, improve resource utilization and load balancing are the eternal problem, but to the users, it is the most to meet tasks'requirements for trust. Therefore, studying trust-driven load balancing scheduling algorithm is the main matter to study the cloud computing system. Traditional scheduling algorithms based on trust only solve tasks'trust benefits, but can not be a good solution to the resource load balancing problem. For dynamic, heterogeneous and autonomous characteristics of cloud computing, through research on the implementation mechanisms and scheduling model under the cloud computing data center, and analysis of existing algorithms, this paper designs a resource load balancing scheduling algorithm based on trust-driven——TD_LBA (Trust-Driven Load-Balance-Algorithm) under cloud environment. The algorithm considers the trust of users'task needs, to achieve resources load balancing, and takes into account the task execution time span, the average waiting time and other factors. Simulation results show that the algorithm can well meet the need of using data center under cloud environment, improve load balancing degree of resources and curtail the relative execution time.
