In recent years,with the development of mobile communications,the Universal Filtered Multi-Carrier(UFMC)technology has low out-of-band radiation,strong anti-carrier frequency offset,high time-frequency efficiency,and no cyclic prefix(Cyclic Prefix).Such advantages as CP)have attracted people's attention.However,in practical applications,inter-symbol interference(ISI)is unavoidable in UFMC systems that do not add CP due to the presence of multipath effects in the wireless channel.Based on this,this paper studies the channel estimation technology of UFMC system without adding CP,and based on this technology,designs and implements the channel estimation scheme of UFMC system under multi-path time-varying channel.First,the basic principle of UFMC system is briefly described,and the performance of UFMC system is analyzed in several aspects.It is found that under the same system parameters,UFMC system's time-frequency efficiency is higher than that of CP-OFDM.Compared with CP-OFDM,UFMC can save about 20% of spectrum resources,and the anti-carrier frequency offset performance of UFMC system is better than that of CP.-OFDM.In Gaussian white noise channel,the bit error rate of UFMC system decreases with the increase of filter length.Secondly,the influence of wireless channel on UFMC system is analyzed,and the channel estimation and equalization structure of UFMC system without adding cyclic prefix is deduced.The impact of ITU-R channel on UFMC system is analyzed,and the performance of multi-path delay for UFMC system and CP-OFDM system for different RMS delay spreads under IEEE 802.11 channel conditions is analyzed.It is found that under reasonable system parameters,the ISI caused by the multipath effect has little influence on the UFMC system and can be ignored.Therefore,the channel estimation and equalization techniques in the CP-OFDM system can also be used in UFMC systems.Through MATLAB simulation,the errors of UFMC and CP-OFDM systems in channel estimation using block pilots or comb pilots under multi-path channel,single-path time-varying channel and multi-path time-varying channel conditions are compared and analyzed.Bit rate.In the end,a channel estimation scheme based on hybrid pilot structure is designed for the channel estimation technology based on the block pilot and comb pilot,and the channel estimation module based on this scheme is designed and validated against the channel estimation technique under the condition of multipath time-varying channel.The analysis of the simulation results of MATLAB shows that the channel estimation scheme based on mixed pilot structure under the condition of multipath time-varying channel is superior to the channel estimation technique which uses the block pilot and comb pilot alone.The hardware design of the channel estimation module also provides a reference for the practical application.It is beneficial to the design and application of the practical engineering.Use.
