Based On B/S Mode Of Enterprise File Sharing Office System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of the Internet,the communication among employees within the enterprise has been inseparable from the Internet.And as the business continues to expand,employees need a platform to deal with the company's internal affairs.Each employee will share documents with others within the enterprise,or tell others what they have learned at work.Therefore,it is necessary to make a note and file sharing platform within the enterprise.The system is developed to facilitate communication among employees.In addition,because of the system provided for the enterprise,it should also include basic personnel management and other functions related to the internal management of the enterprise.And this paper studies the design and Realization of the system.This paper first introduces the development and application of related fields at home and abroad.And analyzes the current mainstream methods of file sharing used within the company.Then,the usage scenarios of the whole system are discussed according to the actual requirements,for each role are given a specific use case diagram,to describe the needs of a detailed.According to the demand,we use the front-end separation of the way to develop the system,the entire system structure is divided into front-end,intermediate forwarding server,back-end part,to analyze and design,using B/S design mode.After the function is divided into different modules,the design and implementation of each module are described in detail,including the design of entity relation,the design of the database table and the design of the main function.In addition to the database part,using MongoDB and MySQL two different databases for data storage,mainly for different scenarios to meet different functions.The system has been tested for functionality,and the end result shows that the system meets the expected requirements and can provide a stable service for the enterprise.The system provides a platform for knowledge sharing and file sharing for employees in the enterprise.It greatly enhances the efficiency of the staff and provides security for the company's files...
