Nowadays,as the growth of the automobile industry is slowing down,the competition in the vehicle logistics market is increasingly fierce.Enterprises introduces the production mode called "OTD",which means "On Time Delivery" to satisfied the market demand.This production mode can connect the subsystems of each link in the enterprise,and then pull the production.The"OTD"order-matching system planned and programmed in this article is based on the coupling point of enterprise resource planning system,advanced plan scheduling system,sales management system,dealer management system,manufacturing execution system and vehicle logistics system.In view of the optimum cost of vehicle logistics,this article take the maximizing plate as the target,according to several rules and constraints makes dealer order stowage plan by summaring the related subsystems' data.The system in this article can provide evidence to Vehicle storage and positioning management system of the vehicle logistics,fully use the capacity of host factory while keeping the inventory as few as possible,improve the resource utilization,short the time of vehicle delivery and reduce the costs,which could satisfy the diverse needs of customers and distributors while making the condition of the cars in supply visualizable and transparent.This article is based on the enterpriseproject,and analysis the needs proposed by enterprises,and then plans and designs an application platform based on microservice architecture.It also designs the order matching process detailedly and thoroughly,that can achieve the goal proposed by enterprises that building an OTD order-matching system which designed scientific and reasonable,planned completely and effectively,conveniently queried and counted with data mining function.
