In recent years,the enrollment scale of major universities has increased year by year,and the content and scope of logistics service management have been expanding.In the traditional logistics management system,the logistics service and the complicated repair process through the PC or the telephone not only bring a lot of inconvenience to the faculty and students,but also consume a lot of time and energy of the logistics service personnel,making the logistics service inefficient..The traditional logistics service management system belonging to the single system architecture has problems such as centralized,high cost and difficult maintenance.Based on these problems,this paper chooses the decentralized,highly autonomous,and automated micro-service architecture to build a logistics service platform.The platform is designed with object-oriented language,Spring Cloud framework and Spring Boot framework.The coding work is done in Intellij idea,WebStorm and WeChat developer tools,and the data related to logistics services is stored in the cloud Mysql database.The distributed architecture design of the platform makes it have good scalability and practicability.The interactive style of the system interface is simple and user-friendly,and the user has a good operating experience.The mobile terminal uses the WeChat applet as the carrier to be closer to the user's usage habits.After the platform was put into use,the logistics service resources were efficiently integrated,the logistics information construction was strengthened,and the logistics service level was improved.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly,the research background and significance of the logistics service platform are introduced,and the importance of the platform design is elaborated in combination with the development status at home and abroad.(2)The overall needs analysis of the system was carried out,and the functions and roles were used for in-depth analysis.The student use cases,dormitory administrator use cases,information platform use cases and system administrator use cases were described in detail.(3)The system application architecture design is implemented by using micro-services.The main content is the registration and discovery of micro-services using Eureka.The client load balancing is implemented by using Ribbon,and multiple micro-service instances exist in the system are balanced.Zuul is adopted.The micro-service gateway is designed to implement finer-grained request routing control.The micro-service configuration center is designed by Spring Cloud Config to implement version control and content auditing of the configuration.The system technology architecture was designed using front-to-back separation technology.(4)The design of the specific function module of the Web-side management system and the application function of the mobile-side applet are realized.The Web side includes maintenance management,statistical analysis of repair data,apartment management and role management The repair management realizes online online repair,intelligent dispatch,and repair evaluation.The statistical analysis of repair data realizes time analysis and regional analysis of maintenance data.Category analysis and personal analysis;apartment management has realized one-stop services such as new-aid management and maintenance,daily accommodation application management,winter and summer staying accommodation management,graduation and retirement;The role personnel management realizes the authority management for students,faculty,maintenance workers and other users.(5)The mobile terminal mini program incdudes modules such as intelligent repair,campus payment,and express delivery management Among them,the intelligent repair has realized the functions of online repair application,repair cancellation,smart dispatch,and repair evaluation;the campus payment has realized the campus card recharge,Balance inquiry,flow inquiry,card loss reporting,lighting electricity recharge inquiry,air conditioning electricity recharge inquiry,urban hotspot recharge inquiry;express management realizes intelligent pickup,smart mailing and other functions.
