In recent years,the security industry has been the country's attention.The method of planning the operator's walking path and the operator's working area through the calibration algorithm can assist the effective implementation of the enterprise safety management system.This method can improve the safety awareness of operators,so as to reduce the probability of accidents.The research contents of this paper include the solution of the traditional camera model and parameters,the improvement of monocular vision linear model,the monocular vision calibration method based on RBF neural network,the hardware of intelligent safety monitoring system and the software of intelligent safety monitoring system.Firstly,the theory of camera calibration has been studied.According to the characteristics of plane calibration,the linear model of monocular vision is improved.The solving process of camera interior and exterior parameters is simplified.The distortion parameters of camera are solved and optimized by RBF neural network.In this paper,a monocular vision calibration method based on RBF neural network is proposed.Secondly,this paper compares this method with the traditional method through the simulation experiment.The experimental results show that the monocular vision calibration method based on RBF neural network has higher accuracy.Thirdly,according to the field monitoring requirements,the image acquisition module,image processing module,video monitoring module and alarm module are selected.The hardware platform of intelligent security monitoring system is constructed.The method is applied to the software function planning of intelligent safety monitoring system.The functions of real-time monitoring,location-tracking,safety rules setting,alarm recording and retrospective record are designed.The software function of the intelligent safety monitoring system is realized.Finally,the test results show that the intelligent security monitoring system based on RBF monocular vision calibration can realize the planning of the operator's working area.The operator's walking path is regulated.The work efficiency of supervisors has been improved.This system can reduce the probability of accidents.It also has good real-time,accuracy and effectiveness.
