The Ultraviolet Image Of RMB Processing And Recognition Based On OpenCV

The technology of RMB identification is closely related to national financial security and has high theoretical research value and broad application prospects.In recent years,image processing and pattern recognition technology have become the mainstream of the recognition technology,and are also hot research topics in colleges and universities.As for ultraviolet image processing on RMB,this paper got the outstanding characteristics which ordinary optical image does not have.The ultraviolet image processing and recognition technique on RMB include image preprocessing,features extraction,denomination and face recognition,and true or false recognition.In the process of image preprocessing,image de-noising,image enhancement,edge detection and image correction are studied.Minimum bounding rectangle combining with affine transformation has been proposed in this paper to realize image skew correction.By comparing with Hough straight line detection,the results show that methods proposed in this paper are more applicable to the ultraviolet image.In the process of the denomination and facing recognition,size characteristics is used for denomination recognition,and vertical and horizontal projection method is put forward which can identify the denomination on digital image feature area of RMB ultraviolet image.This method is derived from the character segmentation field,according to the digital characteristics of the ultraviolet image highlight area,and is used in this paper rapidly and accurately.Finally,the way of histogram contrast is used for facing recognition.All algorithms above have been achieved good results.In the process of the authenticity identification,the number of positive features area and the back of texture region were extracted respectively.By using the method of template matching to recognize the digital features area on the front of the RMB ultraviolet image,and using Gabor filter to extract the texture feature of eight directions on the back of RMB ultraviolet image.The proposed algorithms in this paper have been achieved relatively satisfactory results by tests.But this paper does not involve the classifier design,which still needs further research...
