The state monitoring of the rotating equipment of petrochemical equipment is the key link in the predictive maintenance work.The early faults and hidden dangers can be found by state monitoring in order to take corresponding measures to avoid the occurrence of major accidents.The results of state monitoring can be used as reference for equipment maintenance or maintenance plan.It is helpful for managers to determine the reasonable time and project of troubleshooting,prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the cost of maintenance,and provide data and information for technical transformation and parameter optimization for improving the performance of equipment.Robot is a combination of mechanical and electronic technology,and robot technology has developed rapidly in recent years.AGV(automatic guide car),AUV(uncable underwater robot),industrial welding robot,and change are developed on behalf of the SIASUN robotics automation Limited by Share Ltd,which is subordinate to the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Power station inspection robot and other forms of robot products,and rotating equipment status monitoring robot has not yet appeared.The robot controller is one of the most important parts of the robot.At present,the computer control system which is mostly packaged as a whole is not open source and is not suitable for the expansion of the function,but the raspberry pi as the main controller of the robot has many advantages,and the robot model with the Raspberry pi as the controller has appeared at present.And the state monitoring robot with raspberry as the controller has not yet appeared.To sum up,this paper designs a multi-function state monitoring robot for petrochemical enterprises based on raspberry pi,which combines mobile robots,state monitoring,fault diagnosis,remote control,video transmission,satellite positioning,automatic navigation and other technologies,which can replace operating workers or managers in oil.In the chemical equipment,the equipment video inspection,the state monitoring of the rotating equipment,the gas monitoring and alarm,the simple troubleshooting of the equipment,the accident emergency disposal and so on,have automatic charge,night lighting,stroboscopic speed,ultrasonic obstacle avoidance,infrared temperature measurement,acceleration sensor vibration measurement,field personnel intertalk and generate electricity.The functions of submail and work ticket printing.The robot can be extended to install a variety of sensors and functional modules.The operator can remotely log on to the robot control system and perform specific work procedures.The overall use of explosion-proof design of the robot will become the right assistant of modern petrochemical enterprises,reduce the workload of the related personnel and the adverse effects of the environment conditions,to a certain extent,improve the operation efficiency of petrochemical enterprises.In this paper,the mechanical,electronic,computer and sensor technologies are used to complete the mechanical structure design,power system design,control system design,remote communication and remote control system design,and state monitoring function design of the raspberry pi state monitoring robot.
