In the 21st century,switching power supply has developed rapidly.DCDC switching power supply has been widely used in various fields,such as communication,consumptive electronics and computer.For the past few years,the demand for notebook has increased sharply.So that developing small step-down switching power supply has important scientific value and practical significance with power management chip on the basis of existing theory and practice for notebook's using,debugging,servicing.Thesis is based on the single-chip switching power supply to design notebook debugging portable 5 outputs switching power supply.Firstly,through analyzing and elaborating switching power development,converter topology and its principle,circuit topology is designed to improve chip cooling,the output inductance is calculated to reduce the ripple current,output capacitance is calculated to control output ripple voltage,voltage feedback resistance is calculated to improve output voltage accuracy.Secondly,12.0V output is realized by using control chip AOZ1237QI launched by ALPHA&OMEGA SEMICONDUCTOR company;5.0V and 3.3V output is realized simultaneously by using control chip TPS51225 launched by TEXAS INSTRUMENTS company;2.5V and 1.8V output is realized by using control chip TPS51117 launched by TEXAS INSTRUMENTS company.Thirdly,PCB is designed.Lastly system test result shows that design satisfies the requirement of indicators.The portable power supply has been used in the maintenance department and development department.Maintenance staff just need to carry this power supply to repair notebook with customer's power adapter.Developers can debug power with this kind of portable power supply.
