With the continuous development of the domestic economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the clothes made in batches gradually fail to meet the needs of people's daily life.High-end customized clothing production mode is becoming more and more popular,and garment enterprises need to tailor their clothes for the diverse customers,which challenges the traditional garment production process,the development of computer technology has brought new solutions to these problems in the production of High-end customized garments.In this thesis,the triangle subdivision algorithm and grid deformation algorithm are applied to clothing grading,which greatly shortens the time of clothing grading and improves the efficiency of the clothing production.The main work of this thesis is as follows:First,in order to realize automatic clothing grading,this thesis designed and implemented the following several key steps:import clothing patterns,input human body parameters,calculate grading point and grading amount,set grading point constraint,triangulate patterns,transform patterns,restore patterns and export result patterns.Importing clothing patterns is used to import standard patterns into the auto-grading system;Parameters of human body are used for calculating grading amount;Grading point constraints are used to control grading direction.Triangulation and grid deformation are used for realizing the final step of clothing auto-grading;Result patterns are used to print paper patterns.Second,this thesis compared different kinds of triangle subdivision algorithm via experiment.Experimental results show that Bowyer-Watson algorithm can efficiently triangulate quadrilateral grids,which is suitable for grading process.Third,this thesis developed an automatic grading system by using C++,Qt and OpenGL,this system used reasonable software design pattern in the process of design and implementation and fully comprehended the requirements of the garment industry.This system provides a humanized operation interface,which makes it easy to use.The application results of automatic grading system show that this system has good usability and practicability,automatic grading patters could correspond with manual grading patterns on quality,this system has been used for clothing production in a company.
