PCB(Printed Circuit Board)industry belongs to the electronic information domain,a young industry.Thus,the PCB exposure machine is one of the most important equipment for modern manufacturing of PCB.PCB exposure machine is a kind of high-tech manufacturing equipment which integrates mechanical,electrical control,computer technology,electronic photochemical technology,vacuum technology,etc.It takes the role of transferring image in the process of PCB manufacturing.In the past ten years,the PCB exposure machine industry has been developing well in the worldwide,benefiting from the great demand for PCB generated by the rapid development of the electronic information domain.China,the largest producer of PCB in the world,the PCB exposure machine has a wide market here,but we haven't share a large piece on high-end market.The 4 era of industry,put forward higher requirements on equipment manufacturing,such as rapid response,high integration,and high modularization(flexibility)of the equipment.Which supervise and urge The manufacturers should be able to produce the exposure machines that meet the needs of the customers quickly.However,almost of all the existing PCB exposure machines,whether manual,semi-automatic or fully automatic,are distributed in a decentralized manner by the Z direction feed system components.As well as,control elements,such as position sensors and stroke switches,are too much to complicated the installation and adjustment.It results in many control elements such as position sensor and stroke switch,which is complicated in programming and control,and time consuming in installation and debugging.The efficiency of the existing feed method is relatively low,which also causes the Z to be coarse in feed system and low in internal space utilization.In short,the current Z integration to the feed system is low,which is not suitable for the miniaturization and sophistication of the equipment.This study tries to solve the problems above.The Z direction feed system of PCB exposure machine is redesigned to the current scheme,which is integrated into a whole parts,and the feed method is innovated.At the beginning,the integrated design theory is used to integrate Z to multiple components to form a whole Z feed system and establish a physical model.At the same time,a new feed method corresponding to it is proposed to form a preliminary scheme,and the feed efficiency is analyzed for the new feed method.Then,based on statics theory,the components and overall analysis of the preliminary plan are carried out,and the layout of the preliminary plan is optimized.Furthermore,by using the finite element theory and the optimization criterion topological theory,the key parts are optimized and their specific structures and sizes are determined.At the last,through the continuous analysis and optimization of the original patent scheme,the objective of the relative optimization of the current Z direction feed system in the quality,size,efficiency,assembly process and other aspects is achieved.Research completed the miniaturization of the exposure machine and the integrated design of the Z feed system successfully,improved the efficiency of the feed travel,provided theoretical guidance for the development of high performance exposure machine,and explored the effective ways of the patent utility transformation,which can provide effective reference for the follow-up research.
