Printed Circuit Board(PCB)is the basic component of electronic products,and its processing quality directly affects the development of the entire electronics industry.PCB exposure machine is the key equipment for the transfer of printed circuit graphics.Its exposure efficiency and exposure quality directly affect the production efficiency of the entire PCB manufacturing.The trend of high precision,small aperture and multi-layer PCB development has promoted the continuous transformation and upgrading of PCB exposure machines by related manufacturers,so that they not only have high performance and high precision,but also achieve full automation.At present,some domestic manufacturing companies have been able to independently develop and produce more mature semi-automatic exposure machines,but the core technology level of automatic exposure machines is worse than that of foreign countries.Therefore,it is meaningful to conduct in-depth research on PCB automatic exposure machines.Through compared and analyzed the design scheme of the automatic exposure machine,finally adopt the modular design method to design the structure of the PCB automatic exposure machine.Modular design is an important method to solve complex product development and design,and gradually gains the favor of manufacturer companies with the advantages of rapid and efficient development the serialized product.According to the performance requirements of market and company to the PCB automatic exposure machine,based on the concept of modular design and the basic classification framework with basic function,auxiliary function and special function,the PCB automatic exposure machine was divided into the base component,automatic counterpoint,automatic exposure,automatic clamping,automatic loading and unloading and other functional modules,and analyze the program of each module function.According to the PCB exposure process,its overall structure layout was determined on the premise of reasonable,high efficiency and small space scale.Completed the detailed structural design of each functional module.According to the performance design requirements of the PCB automatic exposure machine,Solidworks is used for 3D modeling to complete the structural design of the base component,automatic counterpoint system,automatic exposure system,automatic clamping system,automatic loading and unloading system,analyze and calculate the motor selection of each motion module to ensure the stability of the machine movement.Completed finite element analysis of key components.The relative weak points of the PCB automatic exposure machine are found out by analysis.Use ANSYSWorkbench to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the key components and obtain the relevant stress and strain diagrams and modal shape diagrams.According to the analysis results,the relevant components are optimized and designed to achieve the purpose of the whole machine lightweight,and the final structure of each functional module is determined.The modular assembly is used to carry out the virtual assembly of the whole machine,and performed the assembly interference check.Verify the rationality of the whole machine structural design by make the simulation animation of the PCB automatic exposure machine work process.On the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,the mechanism motion accuracy error model is established,and the motion accuracy analysis of the automatic exposure machine is carried out.The influence degree of the motion accuracy of each module on the working efficiency of the whole machine is analyzed,and the motion accuracy influence factors of the key component XZZ manipulator were analyzed,and related solutions are proposed to improve the motion accuracy of the PCB automatic exposure machine.In the running test of the prototype,the relevant technology is used to test the motion accuracy of the key components of the whole machine,and the test results are analyzed.Combined with the relevant literature,the performance of the prototype and the existing types of exposure machines are compared and analyzed.The results show that the automation degree and counterpoint accuracy of the PCB automatic exposure machine all have achieved the expected results.The paper completed the development of a new automatic exposure machine,focusing on the mechanical structure of the automatic exposure machine,and completed the design and analysis of the automatic loading and unloading system,automatic counterpoint system,automatic clamping system and automatic exposure system and so on,and analysis the motion accuracy of key components.Therefore,the research provides design basis and reference for the automation transformation and upgrade of domestic PCB exposure machine.
