With the continuous development of social economy,the requirements of intellectualization and informatization for product manufacture are getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements on precision of product processing and assembly.Therefore,in order to meet various new conditions required byindustrial modernization,three-dimensional measurement system with higher intellectualization and informatization came into being.In this thesis,the research related to three-dimensional digital measurement system for a certain aerospace product is mainly studied.Based on the research on the mechanical structure,motion control and software algorithms of the measurement system,a three-dimensional measurement system based on multi-sensor collaboration is finally developed.The main contents of the full text include:In chapter one:The background of this topic is described and the three-dimensional measurement technology and its research status are introduced,the research content and the overall framework are gived.In chapter two:According to the requirements of inspection object and measurement accuracy,the overall design of the three-dimensional measurement system based on multi-sensor coordination is completed.The technical difficulties of the measurement system are analyzed.A multi-sensor collaborative inspection scheme is designed.In chapter three:Five key modules of multi-sensor collaborative measurement system including support platform module,clamping module,motion control module,detection module and software module are studied.The structure of the support platform module and the clamping module are designed.The hardware selection of the motion control module and the detection module are completed and the main functions of the software module are analyzed.In chapter four:The method of point data fitting and image processing is researched and the method of data processing for 3D position detection for 3D measurement system cooperated by the probe and the industrial camera is proposed.The plane and cylinder fitting of the target workpiece based on the least square method is completed,and the fitting accuracy is improved by iteration,and the coordinate position of the outer cylindrical surface of the workpiece is obtained.By using image filtering denoising,corrosion and expansion,Huff Circle detection and other algorithms to locate the key position inside the workpiece to determine the coordinate position of the workpiece internal device;Finally,coordinates of the workpiece features inside and outside are obtained and then assembly position measurement is realized through the point data and image data.In chapter five:A multi-sensor collaborative three-dimensional measurement system is set up.The detection platform and software of the system are introduced.The errors of the detection system are analyzed.At the same time,the visual system calibration is completed.The verification test is carried out to prove the reliability of the system.In chapter six:Summarizes the main contents of this paper and looks forward to the direction of future research work.
