Visual technology is widely used in the field of industrial control.However,nowadays vision system has been cured visual processing function when it is put into use.Engineers cannot configure the vision system with reasonable image parameters and image algorithms debugging according to the actual situation of the scene.In response to this problem,this paper devotes to research the field programmable technology of visual system by using visual Functional Block Diagram(FBD)to construct visual module on the platform.According to the actual requirements,engineers can overcome the difficulties of field programming by combining visual modules,develop appropriate image processing project,downloading to the visual system and other simple operations.And based on the constructed heterogeneous mapping model,this paper verifies the consistency of the image processing data between the PC and the visual sensing device.Engineers can view visual system image processing and debugging it through the PC-side simulation debugging system.The FBD platform with embedding vision module has the double-layers debugging function and the field programmable technology of visual system,which reduces the engineer's field development difficulty.This paper focuses on the construction,compilation and debugging functions of visual functional blocks based on the FBD platform.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the functional block expressions defined in IEC61131-3 standards,a model framework for constructing visual functional blocks was designed.The module custom design platform is used to design the basic properties and functional properties of visual functional blocks.(2)The XML description files were defined to describe and classify the visual functional block.Through the analysis of XML files,visual functional blocks were generated and used in the module control library of FBD platform to realize the graphical programming based on FBD platform.(3)Studied the double-layers debugging technology of visual function blocks,model framework was builded.And builded a mapping model of heterogeneous executable code.(4)Builded PC-side simulation debugging system to realize viewing and debugging the image processing results of visual function blocks under the simulation configuration environment.The paper embeds the visual functional blocks in the FBD platform to realize the graphical programming.Through the visual modeling and debugging of the visual application,the field programmable technology of the vision system is realized.
