Environmental noise is a common problem faced by human beings.Noise pollution directly affects human normal life,work and study,and seriously affects people's health.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the monitoring of environmental noise.With the vigorous development of the Internet,combined with the core characteristics of the development of information technology,as well as the trend of intelligent development,the Internet and environmental noise monitoring are deeply integrated.Driven by the needs of national policies and users,the environmental noise monitoring system combined with cloud services has a better application prospect.Therefore,this paper proposes a mixed-mode design based on C/S and B/S.The system consists of three parts: the collector,the cloud server,and the client.The collector and the cloud server adopt the C/S architecture,and the client and the cloud server adopt the B/S architecture.First of all,we have conducted in-depth analysis and comparison of the development of noise monitoring abroad and discussed the future development trend.The related theoretical knowledge and techniques of acoustic signals are analyzed and introduced.In order to deeply integrate environmental noise monitoring with Internet technologies,this paper designs and optimizes the architecture of the entire system,and gives detailed design from the hardware and software aspects.The system takes the cloud server as the core and uses 24-bit 48 k HZ high-precision high-speed PCM1865 as the collector.The audio data communication between the collector and the cloud server adopts UDP,and the control command transmission between the collection terminal and the cloud server adopts TCP.The collector achieves data communication and control with I2 S,I2C,and USB protocols.The signal is attenuated and amplified from-12 d B to 32 d B by I2 C,and the accuracy is less than ± 0.7d B under certain reference conditions.The cloud server stores and maintains user information,ambient noise data,and algorithmic processing.The cloud server implements the frequency weighting and time weighting of sound pressure level,selection of window functions,and real-time spectrum analysis.One-third octave is achieved by two methods of FFT-IFFT and downsampling.And detailed acoustic environmental quality assessment methods(including the equivalent sound pressure level,the impact of the location of the microphone on the measurement,the level of comprehensive evaluation and statistical analysis of the measurement).Then through the establishment of the database,the website is built.On the client,the user can access the WEB to view the environmental noise monitoring network,acoustic environment qualitystatus,and information bulletins and public notices.Finally,through repeated debugging and verification testing of the system,the software simulation and practical application show that the system has certain research value and practical value.The system speeds up computing capacity,greatly improves compatibility,makes maintenance and upgrades easier,and minimizes costs.
