With the rapid development of wireless communication services,the number of communication equipment for different uses has been increasing rapidly,while the space we live in is limited,it is inevitable that more than one transceiver will work simultaneously in the same place.Effectively reducing the mutual interference between different devices and ensuring different devices can work at the same time is serious challenges that the communication system is facing now.RF multiplexer with flexible frequency selection and interference suppression features,has a large number of application requirements in adaptive communication,cognitive radio and electronic warfare.The use of high-temperature superconducting materials prepared by the multiplexer with small size,low noise,insertion loss,anti-interference ability,etc.the application of high-temperature superconducting materials for microwave and even the development of communications have played a positive role in promoting.Due to the complicated structure and more discontinuities of high-temperature superconducting multiplexers,traditional parameter scanning or optimization will consume a large amount of time.For the design of high temperature superconducting multiplexers,the idea of spatial mapping method appeared in recent years has been adopted.Rough models and exact models are obtained respectively in ADS and Sonnet,looking for both Mapping,after a few iterations can make a multiplexer to meet the target requirements.First of all,the development history and research background of high temperature superconducting multiplexers are summarized.Secondly,it studies the traditional theory of filter design and the realization of multiplexer.Two kinds of high temperature superconducting filters are designed by coupling matrix synthesis and odd-even mode analysis.In addition,a fast and accurate design method of high-temperature superconducting filter is proposed,and the corresponding relationship between resonator and frequency response which is used to complete the filtering design work of the device has greatly saved the design cycle.Then introduced the basic principle of the power splitter and the design of the power sub-circuit processing test,physical testing to meet the performance indicators.Finally,the design example of the multiplexer,the paper completed the design of four high temperature superconductor multiplexer.One of the first three multiplexers selected micro-strip hairpin structure to build the channel filter to 1/4 wavelength resonator as the matching network,and ultimately achieve the matching of the public port.The design of the pass band non-adjacent four divider ruler physical inch is 33.7mm ? 30.4mm,fully reflects the advantages of high temperature superconducting miniaturization.Finally,In the presence of Wilkinson power divider designed a high isolation of eight divider,adjacent channel isolation below-30 dB.
