Educational Electronic Identity(EEID)is a unique identification code generated based on the information of resident ID,used to build real-name system cyberspace,to ensure that the network real-name system while protecting the privacy of users,has been in Hunan Province,Hunan and the world University City,such as a wide range of applications,there are nearly tens of millions of online users.With the increasing application of educational electronic identity number,the manual input method can not meet the requirements of EEID application.Therefore,this paper uses image processing technology,optical character recognition(OCR)technology and network security technology to achieve the identity based on residents Certificate of the mobile side EEID application system.The main work of this paper is divided into the following parts:First,get the resident identity information.Through the acquisition of the mobile terminal of the camera permissions,by taking pictures of fast,high-quality,low-cost collection of resident identity card images,the picture of the picture preprocessing and optical character recognition technology to identify the residents to obtain effective identity information:name and residents ID number.Second,to achieve the resident identity information and the existing EEID management system communication interaction.Will receive the resident identity information,by calling the EEID application interface,submitted to the EEID core engine and implement the EEID application process.Finally,the system testing and verification and follow-up work.This paper describes the construction of the system test environment in detail,and starts from the aspects of test configuration and test scheme.The stability and functionality of the system are tested by the method of division test to verify the feasibility of the system.The experiment shows that the system realizes the method of directly collecting the ID card image to generate the educational identity number,eliminating the need for manual input and auditing process,greatly saving the application time,simplifying the current EEID application process,and applying fast,Improve the application efficiency,not only can be based on the mobile side of the EEID real-time applications,but also with the existing EEID management system to achieve docking.The implementation and deployment of the system effectively promote the promotion and application of EEID,is based on the current PC-based EEID management system to further expand and complement,with the current popular mobile platform,conform to the trend of the times,closely follow the pace of information age,with A certain research and application value.
