As the current environment and resource problems become more and more serious,Energy Internet that can support the large-scale use of renewable energy attracts people's attention.As Energy Internet is a complex energy network formed by a variety of energy,it involves multiple structural entities such as Smart Grid,Electric Traffic network and so on,which are closely related to people's daily life.The quantity and type of information is numerous huge,so there is a great risk of privacy leak in Energy Internet.From the perspective of privacy-preservation,we elaborated the basic concepts of Energy Internet,structural entities and related service models.Through the analysis of the structure and service model of Energy Internet,we summarize three types of data flows that are closely related to user privacy:real-time electricity consumption data flow,energy transaction data flow and electric vehicle position and energy storage data flow.Given the security features and business needs of Energy Internet,we propose a corresponding privacy-preserving strategy for the above data flows.(1)Privacy-preserving strategy for user real-time electricity consumption data flow.In order to monitor the real-time load status,the control center adopts smart meter to collect user's fine-grained electricity consumption data.However,such near real-time electricity usage data can easily expose sensitive information such as the behavior and living habits of users.Here,homomorphic encryption technology is used to protect users' electricity consumption data and secret sharing scheme is used to prevent possible differential attacks.(2)Privacy-preserving strategy for user energy transaction data flow.In order to realize the on-site consumption of renewable energy and solve the drawbacks of high cost and low security of centralized management,Energy Internet will support decentralized energy transactions.However,decentralized transactions require effective mechanisms to prevent possible transaction repudiation and transactional information can easily expose user privacy.Here,we use blockchain to guarantee the normal implementation of decentralized transactions and adopt pseudonym technology to protect the identity of energy traders.(3)Privacy-preserving strategy for user electric vehicle position and energy storage data flow.To encourage electric vehicle users to participate in power load dispatching,the control center uses the data acquisition unit to obtain the position of the electric vehicle in the driving state and the battery energy storage information.However,these data can easily reveal the user's whereabout and expose sensitive information such as the user's outdoor activities.Here,we use the secret exchange technology to segregate the legitimate users and illegal users and combine with differential privacy to protect the position of electric vehicles and energy storage data.Finally,we evaluated the above user data privacy-preserving scheme,verified the feasibility of the proposed scheme and its practical value.
