The establishment of a production line management system for small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to the informationization of manufacturing enterprises and the intelligentization of production,and which is one of the basic conditions to promoting the progress and development of modern industry.However,China's manufacturing industry is still large but not strong.Most of the manufacturing enterprises are relatively low-level in intelligence and information,and various statistical work also depends on manual operations.This is especially true for small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises.At present,for most companies,the existing mature MES(Manufacturing Execution System)is generally used to upgrade the production line information and complete the upgrading of the production line.However,in this way,the cost of upgrading the production line is too high.In addition,the production status of each company is unique and different.The existing MES system cannot meet the individual requirements of the production line of the company.Under this background,this paper aims at solving the common problems encountered in the actual production line of machining workshop.A practical and personalized information management system for machining workshop is developed by using C# and Java as the development language,using database,Web Service,Android and C# Winform.The system realizes the following basic functions: employee information management,machine tool information management,work piece information management,processing process information management,wage settlement and all kinds of information query functions.That is: for the whole process of each piece of work from entering the factory to processing,using QR code as the only identification of the workpiece,using the PC and Android application software to realize the real time tracking of the processing process,and thereby realize the goal to record and display the basic information of each workpiece in real time and the data information of the processing process.In addition,the system has realized the QC,IQC,scrap,machine tool condition monitoring,check the workpieceprocessing progress,view the employee's working status,and other functions and production statistics and other kinds of information query function.On the basis of a series of data collection,statistical reports can be generated to automatically settle wages,so that all the information of the production process can be incorporated into the information management system of the machining workshop.The workshop information management system developed in this paper is mainly divided into two parts: client and server.The client includes the PC side and the Android side,each of which includes four application softwares.The server side includes a database server,a file server,and an application server.Among them,the client is mainly responsible for interacting with the working staff to obtain and display the data during the processing.The server is used to store data,store processing files,and process part of the transaction logic to provide data to the client.In this system,the PC-side application software adopts the common C/S design pattern,uses Visual Studio 2015 as the integrated development environment,and C# as the development language.The Android application software adopts a three-tiered hierarchical architecture,uses Android Studio as an integrated development environment,and uses Android mobile application development technology to design and implement it.The server uses SQL Server 2012 as the database;the application server function is implemented using Web Service technology,defining the Web Service service interface and calling method,so as to create a Web service for the client to call.Through the actual deployment test,it is proved that the system can improve the efficiency of line management and make the production process transparent,thus effectively saving the cost and improving the production efficiency.
