At present,many institutions domestic and abroad are focusing on the research of high-precision FOGs.Dynamic performance improvement of FOG based on existing techniques have important theoretical and economic values.From project requirements,this thesis mainly focuses on optimization and improvement of the control system of high-precision FOG.The purpose of the research is to restrain the dynamic error and improve the dynamic performance of FOG,in order to meet the requirements under high dynamic circumstances.The specific research contents are as follows:First,based on the introduction of current research and development of FOG digital control system,the basic working principle of digital closed-loop FOG is described.The mathematical model and corresponding transfer function of interferometric FOG digital closed-loop control system are analyzed and established.At the same time,the influence of the PI digital controller in original FOG control system on the dynamic performance of the FOG system is also analyzed.Secondly,two optimization control schemes for FOG digital control system are proposed.One of the them is proposed from the digital controller,that is,the P and PI parallel control loops are introduced based on the original PI control,and an optimized PI digital controller is designed accordingly.The another scheme is proposed for error compensation of fiber optic gyro is proposed.Based on the analysis of the error factors of gyro swing motion and the dynamic error model,an error compensation module is added at the output of FOG digital control system.At the same time,based on the establishment of the dynamic model and transfer function of the control system corresponding to the two optimization schemes,the calculation method of the control parameters in the optimization scheme system is presented.Then,from the aspects of system stability and dynamic performance,the original control scheme and optimal control scheme are analyzed theoretically and experimentally.On the basis of verifying the effectiveness of the optimization scheme,the scope of application and respective advantages and disadvantages of the two optimization control schemes are compared and analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of the INS(INS,inertial navigation system),the effects of the three control schemes on the performance of the INS are compared and the quantitative comparison results of the attitude calculation accuracy are shown.The effectiveness andfeasibility of the optimized control scheme are further verified.The research in this thesis provides an effective theoretical basis and data reference for the engineering realization of high-precision FOG.
