Three dimension visual simulation technology is a new virtual reality technology,with a broad prospect of application in underwater security.Based on the traditional security technology,three dimension visual simulation technology is applied to make the invasion data information of the target visualize,and keep the security of oilfield by means of visual display,even non-professional personnel can make accurate judgment if there is a hidden danger for oilfield through three dimension visual simulation.Chosing the semi-submersible platform in the south China sea liuhua 11-1 as the security center,designed and developed a new type of underwater security system.By showing animation scene near security center,implemented monitoring and security of the sea near the platform.To the content of the main research work in this paper is as follows:To build underwater security system,the content including overall layout of the underwater security systems,physical model,the three dimension visual interface and underwater security system function module.Using three-dimensional modeling software to establish oil platforms,subsea tree,and invasion of the target model of security system in the underwater,and then imported 3d models to three dimension visual software rendering,map processing.Arranged virtual environment of sea and sky to simulate real security environment around the oil production platform.According to analysis of underwater security system hardware requirements,to determine the hardware scheme of underwater security system;According to the underwater security system of software requirement analysis,determine the software to develop underwater security system.The invasion model of underwater target was studied for security system in this paper.The invasion model included the real model and the virtual prototype model of underwater target.The filter and interpolation method is used to process the noise in real data of underwater target;The dynamic model of the virtual prototype mode was established through the stress analysis,with dynamic decoupling to simplify the model,and use MATLAB to solve differential equations to concluded the movement rule of virtual prototype model.Determined the development environment and language for underwater security system function module.Based on the analysis of the data storage for underwater security system,determine the application software of core database and local database,using SQL language to develop the core database and local database,and designed data tables for the real-time and playback data storage.In the.NET development environment,used C# language and TCP/IP communication protocol to design and develop the server and client of communication module.Determining the simulation scheme to test underwater security system by three dimension visual simulation,using the virtual prototype model of underwater target to simulate the invasion information to test the underwater security system.Underwater security system test included the core database communication test,local database communication test and the three visual simulation test.Testing the key indicators of real-time and completeness in the communication process through quantitative analysis on the simulation results.
