Enterprise personnel management work and personnel structure configuration,the quality of work,the enterprise culture and other aspects closely related details,and the enterprise operating costs,economic benefits,such as closely related to the core elements,which affects the survival and development of the enterprise,is the enterprise in the increasingly fierce market environment,the core issue of survival and development.In recent years,with the help of information technology,the personnel management of all kinds of enterprises has changed obviously.Traditional personnel files,salary accounting,staff training and other miscellaneous work through information technology processing,processing and application can have the effect of half the effort.With the development of the Internet economy,the world economy and great changes have taken place in operation mode,the traditional management thinking for enterprise expanding is very bad,therefore,many enterprises demand for talent and rational utilization of more become the primary problem to solve the problem of enterprise management.Even,many enterprises have introduced the personnel management system,but with the change of management concept and business model changes,many of the early personnel system in the technical architecture,business module,the respect such as operation mode has been difficult to meet the needs of the enterprise management under the new situation,therefore,in liaoning province in this paper,based on the medium under the premise of Internet companies as the background,puts forward a set of enterprise personnel management system based on hybrid architecture.At present,the software system is mainly used in architecture including C/S architecture and B/S architecture,SOA architecture,mobile App architecture,etc.,these architectural patterns have different advantages and disadvantages,and in this paper,the author studies on the personnel management system is mainly to the B/S architecture,SOA architecture,mobile App architecture combined with the application,make the personnel management system can have the ability to better serve enterprises,make the enterprise can be Shared in the Web platform left over from history of the other part of the business of software system,and provide enterprises was carried out on the field personnel activities track location services,solve the problem of field attendance,etc.The system also introduces the system technology implementation of the.net technology platform,and completes the system analysis and design work with the help of modeling tools such as UML.Designed and carried out the system is mainly for personnel file management,attendance management,salary welfare management,training management,and other major functional modules,to satisfy some Internet enterprise for the whole work of personnel management.Through the research and application of the system,the enterprise in the aspect of personnel management ability improved greatly,this study for the enterprise informatization construction of the personnel management work has certain reference value.
