With the popularity of smartphones,location-based services(LBS)have gradually penetrated into our daily lives of different areas.However,LBS provides plenty of convenience for users,also poses a serious threat to the location privacy of users.The research about privacy preserving techniques for LBS is becoming more and more important.Most researches about LBS location privacy preserving assume that the central servers are credible,which handle the complete context information about user and directly access their LBS queries.But in reality,it is hard to find central servers which can be fully trusted due to the reasons of interest or other factors.On the other hand,there is a contradictory relationship between location privacy security and quality of service.Some researches only pursue the goal about security,which bring the higher overhead of calculate and storage,also affect the accuracy of interest points,response delay and feasibility.According to problem of location privacy protection in LBS,the main research work is as follows:(1)To solve some essential problems about network structure of LBS,such as unbalanced allocation of resources,fully trust central servers,graceful degradation unsupported,etc.HESS has the advantages of both P2 P and central network structure.It is user-centric,no need to rely on trusted central servers.The real location information of users is transparent to the central servers,to avoid the central servers to disclose user location privacy and other potential problems.Moreover,HESS supports graceful degradation.Even if the STTP cannot maintain services,users can also communicate with LSP through P2 P directly,to prevent service interruption.(2)To address the problem of anchor security and query service quality,this paper provides a location privacy protection technology called CLASPER which is based on HESS.On the one hand,a method of anchor generation based on ordinary semantic position feature is presented.Through preprocessing the data of road network and anchor calculation,it can avoid the leak of semantic information about the location which users staying on,and has better practicality than other sink security enhancement methods.In the aspect of POI query,a Diversity Incremental Nearest Neighbor(DINN)query method is proposed.DINN has the ability to return accurate query results,support diversity query requirements which user configured,also prevent a situation that queries may be terminated prematurely in incremental nearest neighbor query.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that CLASPER proposed in this paper has good security and quality of service,also has better performance and applicability compared with similar research work.
