With the development of panoramic video technology,more and more people have come into contact with the concept of panoramic video,and panoramic video has become increasingly hot.However,the bandwidth requirements of panoramic video transmission are higher,limited by limited bandwidth resources and channel diversity of all panoramic video users.The selection of effective source coding and channel coding techniques can reduce the impact of limited channel bandwidth resources and channel differences.In order to maximize the user experience quality and QoE,a joint MCS and power allocation problem of QoE driving under multi base station model is proposed in this paper.In order to solve this problem,a multi base station model joint MCS and power allocation genetic algorithm is proposed.The final results show that the proposed genetic algorithm can effectively improve the quality of user experience and provide better panoramic video service quality for panoramic video users.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly studies the following two aspects:1.QoE subjective evaluation model for panoramic video multicast is established:The existing evaluation criteria for MOS are extended,and an extended MOS scoring model is proposed,and two subjective QoE evaluation indexes are proposed based on the extended MOS scoring model,O-MOS(Overall MOS)and V-MOS(Vectorized MOS).These two indicators are used to evaluate the overall visual quality and regional visual quality of panoramic video.During the experiment,each experimenter scored a score on each video,and finally calculated the O-MOS and V-MOS of each video to make a corresponding quality evaluation for each video,and fitting out the relationship between MOS and influencing factors.2.Resource allocation and power allocation for panoramic video transmission:The method of joint MCS and power allocation under multi base station model is proposed to solve the multicast problem of scalable video multiple panoramic video streams based on multiple base stations.In order to maximize the defined QoE and transform the joint MCS and power allocation problem based on multiple base stations into optimization problems in this paper.A model of combination video layer and adaptive coding is established,and the number of video layers and the encoding mode of the video are selected under this model.Firstly,a scheme that minimized the number of network resources to allocate resources to the underlying layer is proposed to ensure that the users in the panoramic video can receive the underlying layer;Secondly,A multi base station joint MCS and power allocation model based on genetic algorithm is proposed to strengthen the layer allocation resource.
