With the development of mobile communication technology, video traffic has grown exponentially. In order to increase the shortage utilization of the spectrum resources and to improve user's satisfaction, adaptive modulation coding(AMC)and scalable video coding technology(SVC)would be applied into solving the resource allocation problem in video multicast. However, due to the sharp increasing in the overall amount of mobile terminals,device-to-device(D2D)communication has attracted widespread attention to improve the spectrum utilization and increase the capacity of the base station. With the view of improving the overall performance of network and achieving better video service,Aiming at the D2D enhanced hybrid cellular network, this paper studies the problem of scalable video multicast resource allocation under mixed communication model, and the main research work includes the following two respects:(1)Firstly,The user communication performance of multicast group high-quality channel is constrained by low quality channel user, when base station load is lighter, combining with user demand individuation business, the D2D enhanced multi-zone user selection model(MUSM)without multicast user restriction is proposed, and the control method of user access network is also presented. When the base station loads heavier,in order to increase user capacity and control system interference, the D2D enhanced MUSM multicast communication model is proposed to improve the overall performance of the system.Meanwhile, the user access and channel allocation scheme are optimized by heuristic algorithm. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the D2D communication model and resource allocation algorithm are demonstrated by simulation experiments.(2)For the purpose of satisfying the user's demand for video service, based on the model of D2D enhanced MUSM multicast communication, this paper proposes the scalable video multicast model based on the D2D-enhanced hybrid cellular network, which will be attributed to a Non-deterministic Polynomial(NP)-hard optimization problem based on the video layer selection and resource allocation scheme of the model. For the sake of using genetic algorithm to deal with this problem. The validity of resource allocation algorithm is validated by simulation experiment, and the D2D enhanced MUSM multicast network improves the performance of the system and the quality of receiving video.
