With the popularity of E-commerce,more and more customers are accustomed to buying goods online.The advantage of online shopping is that it is convenient and quick.However,it is difficult for them to evaluate the products in all directions through the two-dimensional picture display,resulting in a higher return rate.The purpose of the 3D reconstruction system developed in this paper is to solve this pain point.This article has realized an automatic 3D reconstruction system.The system provides a complete process from image capture to model generation,and it's divided into four main steps:firstly,the camera and the turntable are calibrated to obtain the camera parameters and the information of the turntable.The second step is to use the gray code and the phase structure light to get a single perspective 3D point cloud.And the data acquisition hardware consists of industrial camera,projector,turntable and raspberry pie.The raspberry pie is responsible for controlling other devices to complete the data acquisition process.Then the point cloud registration is performed,and the coarse registration scheme based on high precision turntable and feature stereo registration is used to provide an initial value for the ICP algorithm.The last step is the point cloud post-processing,which includes point cloud blending,triangulation and texture mapping.The full-automatic 3D reconstruction system realized in this paper is simple and easy to use.This system allows the user to click only a few buttons,and wait about 20-30 minutes to get the model.Experimental results show that the final point cloud registration accuracy is about 0.001mm.,which can achieve satisfactory visual effects.
