With the advent of bitcoin in 2008,digital currency and its derivative application began to develop rapidly.Blockchain as the core technology of bitcoin has also been paid great attention,and quickly become a new Internet financial technology hot spot.Especially the consortium blockchain,whose design combines benefits of the traditional distributed system and the decentralized mechanism of blockchain,therefore,provides a feasible solution when applying blockchain technology to financial applications.With the real arrival of the consortium blockchain products,it is necessary to solve the problem of permission management of all kinds of facilities and the pass in and out based on permission.Therefore,this thesis designes and implements the method of dynamically managing members' permission on the consortium blockchain:Firstly,this thesis puts forward a permission management system based on multi-kind certificate authority,meanwhile,designs and implements the connection mechanism based on digital certificate.Therefore,the basic underlying connection framework is built on the consortium blockchain.Secondly,facing the problem of data synchronization when a new node attends in the consortium blockchain,a data synchronization mechanism based on the integrity verification of blockchain data is designed and implemented.Additionally,the node's QoS control mechanism is designed to ensure the performance of date synchronization,just as shown in the experiments.Finally,reconstructing of the PBFT algorithm,a method of adding or deleting consensus nodes based on the dynamically modification of consensus parameters is designed.Dynamic consensus node pass in and out the consortium blockchain are realized.The experiments show it has great usability and scalability.
