Transportation is usually used as the sensor monitoring center data acquisition terminal,due to the large flat car hydraulic flat special structure,poor working conditions and other reasons,usually using resistance strain gauge as the sensor plate,the corresponding point to collect the data of hydraulic loading,which takes into account the loading plate,normal stress range sensor the range of temperature and humidity sensor acquisition and anti ability and other factors,generally choose to use metal wire resistance strain gauge as force sensor transportation monitoring center plate.However,due to the low sensitivity coefficient of strain gauge sensor power supply is not stable,vibration plate in the process of transportation and data transmission line disturbance and other reasons,the collected data is too weak,it is difficult to extract,which can accurately calculate the loading plate location of the center of gravity,so the accuracy of the data is the key to big transport plate gravity monitoring,accurate extraction of the weak signal is the primary task of the research.Weak extraction method existing filter amplification method,locking phase sensitive amplification method,denoising,chaos theory and stochastic resonance method of wavelet filtering,amplification and locking phase sensitive amplification method is mainly used for SNR above 0d B signal denoising is mainly used for extraction,the signal-to-noise ratio is higher than the instantaneous signal 0d B wavelet,chaos the theory is mainly aimed at small amplitude signal detection,stochastic resonance is weak periodic signal extraction of low SNR,through experimental studies and computational studies,found that less than 0d B DC signal to noise signal of large flat transport center of gravity position monitoring method belongs to,so the above weak signal processing are not directly for the extraction of weak signal of large flat transport monitoring center.In view of the shortcomings of the above methods,combined with the characteristics of the signal,a wavelet based multi-scale synchronous adaptive stochastic resonance method is proposed to extract weak signals from the center of gravity monitoring of large transport plates.In the course of the study,the following contents have been completed:(1)Analysis of the hydraulic loading force characteristics of flat plate structure,analysis of quasi load statistics,load including the commonly used hydraulic flat large trucks,large loading according to the locations of the appropriate tablet support force collection point,the metal wire strain gauge combination circuit mounted on selected stress collection points,according to the the mathematical relationship between the power supply voltage,the stress collection point of stress and strain,push the voltage signal of each data acquisition point size is derived.(2)The study of sensor signal characteristics,including the supporting force acquisition point selection,combined with the hydraulic support force,a comprehensive analysis of all kinds of strain gauge acquisition range and precision,anti-interference ability,so as to select the wire resistance strain gauge full bridge strain gauge circuit design as the acquisition terminal circuit.Then select AD7606 as the acquisition and analog digital conversion chip,reduce the influence of temperature and humidity with the interference to the signal,according to the operation requirements,selection of wireless transmission,designed the corresponding driver circuit,and the acquisition terminal circuit used in the experiment,through the signal oscilloscope observation and analysis,provides a clear signal feature analysis for the study of the following algorithm.(3)To study the characteristics of the signal,the characteristic of special weak signal processing algorithm of locking phase sensitive amplification method,wavelet transform method and the traditional stochastic resonance method and the advantages and disadvantages,combined with the characteristics of weak signal of hydraulic large flat car monitoring center,proposed synchronization based on adaptive stochastic resonance method of wavelet multi scale signal according to the feature extraction,signal analysis,signal simulation,the simulation model based on extraction algorithm,verify the superiority of synchronous adaptive stochastic resonance method based on multi-scale wavelet based on the simulation results,the lower limit ratio of signal to noise can be extracted,the operation more convenient.(4)The effectiveness of the synchronous adaptive stochastic resonance method based on wavelet multi-scale is verified by the static strain gauge and the center of gravity detection system.The experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately extract the weak signal of large parts with noise root mean square of about 0.5491.The wavelet multi-scale adaptive synchronization of stochastic resonance method ported to the PC software based on the processing of the actual signal by the lower computer acquisition and transmission from the experimental data show that the error range of the algorithm,and designs the hardware circuit to achieve the desired results.
