In the information age,the Artificial Intelligence is improving fast forward.Intelligent Voice Technology has become a focus of Intelligent Technology again.Although it is being integrated into daily life with the Machine Learning Technical breakthroughs in this few years,it is still tough to meet user expectations in technology applications.Children's chatbots can only achieve limited exchanges or functional responses within the knowledge map nowadays,however,in real chat scenarios,the knowledge heterogeneity and the uncertainty of content in chatting may make it very difficult for chatbots to engage in complicated and in-depth conversations with users,resulting in a poor user experience of the products.In order to commercialize the existing chatbots of Microsoft Research Asia,Zhejiang University and Microsoft Research Asia collaborated on the project.A Virtual and Real Interaction Design Method of sound painting space has been applied to this project aims at guiding the user and the chatbot to occur conversations within a preset range of knowledge map.The target audiences are 7 to 12-year-old children.According to their behavior of watching TV,the Magic Radio is designed by using a Behavioral Similarity Comparison Method.Magic Radio allows users to imagine a cartoon character in the radio through direct communication and indirect guidance.The design guides the content of dialogue through cartoon animation,imaginary figure and voice,which reduces the user's discomfort caused by the rate of speech recognition error and creates a more appropriate dialogue environment for intelligent voice recognition and intelligent voice understanding.The design enhances the user experience of using children chatbot products.The project went through the process of technical research,competition analysis,user research,product hardware design,material testing,digital media design,voice experience design and user feedback research,realized the basic function of the prototype,and the user survey was carried out.By contrast to the child chatting robot that has failed to actively guide the content of the dialogue,the virtual reality interaction way of Magic Radio can trigger users'imagination of space,action,and plot,effectively guide the content of dialogue between users and chatbots,and make the conversation happen in the existing knowledge map.For the user,the design of the product can effectively reduce the duration of looking directly at electronic screen and also increase the interest of the product.Magic Radio expands a new way of product expression for Intelligent Voice Technology.It improves the technology application with a new design method,making chatbot able to provide better user experience and retrieve more effective user data.
