Wireless network equipments were mostly battery-powered.It increased system maintenance costs that batteries should be replaced during using.With the technology of low power and energy harvesting,the batteries in the wireless devices needed not be permanently replaced.In order to facilitate the design of indoor light energy collection system,this paper designed the model of four-parameter suitable for indoor low light based on the fiveparameter model applied to outdoor light.It was designed according to the characteristics of small changes in indoor lighting environment and the principle of photoelectric effect.This model,which simplified the transcendental equation between various parameters into an algebraic equation,could quickly analyze and design the indoor light energy collection system.This paper proposed a low-power wireless networking mechanism based on adaptive transmitting power.The device could automatically adjust the transmitting power according to the actual attenuation of the signal in the field environment.On the basis of not increasing the communication error rate,the minimum transmission power was used,thereby reducing the operating power consumption of the system.Low-power wireless network technology based on indoor light energy acquisition was applied to the smart home field.Combined with the software-based overvoltage protection mechanism and the design of the RF circuit,an application example of a wireless optical switch was obtained.Through this solution,the indoor light energy could be efficiently transferred to the energy storage device.This article analyzed and compared the energy acquisition circuit in detail and designed a simple and efficient circuit.In order to protect energy storage devices,software protection mechanisms have been designed.It was found that standby power consumption of this switch was significantly lower than similar products on the market.The test of the conversion rate of indoor light energy capture showed that under the indoor lighting environment,the scheme of direct charging can achieve the similar effect of MPPT scheme at a lower cost.
