3D printing,also called rapid prototyping technology,is a technical breakthrough in the manufacturing field in recent years.How to improve the speed and precision of printing is the main problem of 3D printing technology,this article will focus on the printer body structure design,hardware and software design of control system and the optimization of filling algorithm on research,design a three an parallel structure of Delta desktop 3D printer,aimed at reasonable cost,structure based on simple and perfect function to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the 3D print print output.This paper describes the overall structure of 3D printing control system,mainly from the fuselage structure,hardware control system,software control system three aspects of design.According to several technical principle of FDM 3D printer based on common,comprehensive analysis on the body structure,stability,forming precision,forming efficiency,and ultimately determine the mechanical structure of the Delta as a parallel scheme of the design of the fuselage structure.The design of hardware module 3D print control system,choose STM32F103 as the core processor,using the high-speed data processing ability and internal chip integrated resource rich peripheral interface,and then to design the STM32 controller as the core to complete the stepper motor drive control,temperature control and other hardware module PID.According to the 3D print control principle,to complete the development of software system,expounds the slicing algorithm and decoding process,including the Gcode code generation process,Gcode coordinates calculation,material extrusion amount(E)algorithm design calculation,Geode decoding module.In order to realize the 3d print motion control based on the Delta parallel structure,the base of the traditional rectangular coordinate control algorithm is reconstructed,and a variable extrusion optimization filling algorithm is proposed,which improves the printing speed without affecting the printing resolution.Finally,the motion simplification of delta structure is analyzed,and the adjustment scheme of the Delta Model print head is obtained.Through the experimental test of Delta structure 3D printing prototype,the problems encountered during the printing process are recorded and analyzed,and the relevant data parameters are optimized.The practice shows that the Delta parallel structure compared with the structure of 3D series 3D printer printer,printing parameters in the same configuration,the same model for printing speed can be increased by 20%,and more smooth surface printing,printing precision is up to O.1mm,has the advantages of smooth movement,high speed,high precision,low cost,easy to control.
