With the development of image segmentation technology,many efficient segmentation algorithms are proposed in many areas of disciplinary.In terms of geological survey,image segmentation technique is mainly used in remote sensing image geological curved surface reconstruction of the geological information extraction,and geotechnical image segmentation,feature extraction coal and rock,etc.Based on the basis of existing research,firstly,this article uses image segmentation technique in railway surveying drilling logging image segmentation,by the use of image segmentation technology we can return sample photos in the wooden frame type drilling into the concept of histogram by the use of image segmentation technology.Visualization of histogram can be better reflected the geological structure of the drill point,and show the real situation of each borehole more clearly.Borehole image segmentation mainly includes steps as image preprocessing of the division of rock or soil,drilling,logging,drilling logging rock or soil debris Effectiveness of borehole debris segmentation to extract is the key of drilling debris splicing back into the concept of histogram prerequisite.In order to improve the effect of borehole image segmentation and accuracy,firstly,this article make the original image smoothing by Gaussian filtering,and preprocessing of images as the input image edge detection.Because of this edge detection method for Canny operator,it need to double threshold in edge detection,and thus for acquisition of borehole logging rock or soil under complicated environment,this article uses Kmeans and Otsu to rough color image segmentation,extraction of double threshold segmentation,and then reuse the extracted Canny edge detection by using double threshold segmentation contour and extract the contour cutting pieces.
