In recent years,large-scale online supermarket is developing rapidly and has become one of the mainstream goods retail.Order picking is the key link in the order fulfillment process of online supermarket,and improving the efficiency of order picking is crucial to its survival and development.How to sort out the ordered products from large numbers of products efficiently and accurately is an urgent problem to be solved.Focused on the process of picking,assembling and packaging,the article introduces mixed assembly line.In order to minimize the total completion time of the order picking,the optimization method of order picking is established according to the two parts of order batching and order sorting.According to the research idea of "theoretical analysis? order batches?ordering of work orders ? case study",the following research work is mainly carried out.Firstly,according to the characteristics of large-scale online supermarket orders,this paper studies and analyzes the order picking process,order batching problems and mixed assembly line of online supermarket,and points out the similarity that the online supermarket order picking,assembling,packagingand mixed assembly product processing flow.Secondly,approach to order batching based on workload balance,mathematical model construction and solution.According to the influence factors of order batching,the orders of online supermarket are pre-batched.In order to balance the picking time of each batch in each picking area as much as possible and balance the total number of items in each batch as the objective,an order-batch model is established and the online supermarket order is sub-divided.On the basis,a bi-objective genetic algorithm for solving the model is constructed to obtain a satisfactory order-batching scheme.Thirdly,approach to order batch sorting based on mixed assembly line,mathematical model construction and solution.According to the sorting idea of mixed assembly line,the paper designs the operation of each order batch on the three operation processes,including picking,assembling and packing.With the goal of minimizing the total completion time,a sequencing model of production on mixed assembly line is built and solved by Pseudo-Boolean optimization algorithm.Lastly,the validity of the model and the algorithm is proved through case study and sensitivity analysis.As a result,the method based on the idea of mixed assembly line proposed can solve the problem of order batching and sorting quickly and improve the efficiency of order picking operation.This study provides an optimization method of order picking of online supermarkets,improves the scientificity of the order picking theory and facilitates the development of large-scale online supermarket as an e-commerce mode.In practice,theoretical results can be used to guide the order picking of large-scale online supermarkets or online retailers,and enhance the overall efficiency and customer service level,thereby enhance its competitive advantage.
