Energy Internet has a flexible demand response management mechanism that can achieve the purpose of supply and demand balance,market optimization,and rational allocation of resources.The demand response implementing agency is an important part of incentive demand response.It is respoonsible for collecting users' electricity data according to the specified time interval and storing it in a database finally.The electricity data can reflect the users' life style and if acquired by the criminals may result in privacy leaking and forming a threat to users.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the privacy protection in incentive mechanism of demand response in energy internet.In order to solve the problem of privacy leakage in the communication between demand response agencies and power companies,an IDR privacy protection method based on database digital watermarking is proposed.Then,aiming at the problem that the watermark information is easily lost due to frequent maintenance of database,an IDR privacy protection method based on watermark sharing is proposed.The specific work is as follows:1.The market model which applies incentive-based demand response mechanism and the existing privacy problems are analyzed.There is a problem of electricity data leaking in the communication between demand response agencies and power companies.The criminals can infer the users' behavior habits according to the electricity consumption data and threaten the users' privacy.Then two kinds of privacy protection methods are analyzed,one is based on the electricity data and another is based on the user identity.2.Aiming at solving the privacy problem in incentive-based demand response mechanism,a privacy protection method based on database digital watermarking is proposed.Watermark is embedded into the electricity consumption data in each time period.When the charging period ends,the watermark is extracted,and then the total electricity load in the charging period is transmitted to the power company.Experimental results show that the proposed method can protect the user privacy well and ensure the integrity of database with higher robustness and lower computational cost.3.Aiming at solving the problem that the watermark information is easy to be lost due to frequent database updating,a privacy protection method based on the shared watermark is proposed.An improved secret sharing algorithm based on Shamir is used to share the watermark,and the shared watermark is embedded into the relational database.Experimental results show that the proposed method can also protect user privacy and database security with higher robustness and smaller computing overhead than IDR privacy protection based on database digital watermarking. |
