Stone archive is an important component of the archives.Stone archives are more vulnerable to a variety of factors,because of its' openness and dispersivity.The destruction of soluble salt is the most serious.Soluble salt destroy the integrity and value of the stone archives by making stone archives shelling,cracking and surface peeling.The study on the destruction of the soluble salt to the stone archives and its prevention and control is necessary.This paper mainly studies the destruction of the stone archives through soluble salt.And use materials to slow these breaking factors to make the stone archives been better preserved.In the destruction experiment of the soluble salt to the stone files,with the increase of the cycle times,most of the stone was destroyed.The stone quality of the sodium chloride,sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate solution decreased,even the mass loss reached 100%,and the quality of the stone in the ammonium chloride group increased slightly.In the salt suppression experiment of salt suppressants,the addition of salt suppressants made the solubility of soluble salt increased,and the maximum reached 49.738 grams of soluble salt per 100 milliliters.In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained in the experiment of the destruction of the soluble salt to the stone archives and the salt suppression effect of the salt suppressor reagents.(1)The destruction of stone archives is different by different soluble salts.The destruction of sodium sulfate on stone archives is the biggest.The destruction effect of sodium chloride and ammonium sulfate on stone archives decreases.Ammonium chloride has no damage to the stone archives.(2)The change of temperature will affect the speed of the destruction of the stone archives.The higher the temperature,the faster the destruction of the stone archives.(3)The inhibition effect of potassium ferrocyanide,sodium six phosphate,twelve Sodium Alkylbenzene Sulfonate and polyacrylamide was tested.The results showed that potassium cyanide cyanide had the best salt inhibition effect.According to the natural conditions of stone archives preservation and the characteristics of the stone archives,the most appropriate salt inhibitor can better weaken the destruction of soluble salt to the stone archives,and slow down the destruction of soluble salt to the stone archives,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting stone archives.
