With the progress of technology and the improvement of people's living standard,mobile phones become basic necessities,meanwhile,the replacement of mobile phone is faster and faster,due to old mobile phones contain both toxic substances and valuable materials,government departments pay more and more attention to recycling and utilization of discarded mobile phones.In order to primary resources used on core business,Large phone manufacturers always choose to cooperate with third-partys which undertake recovery of waste mobile phones;the recovery of waste mobile phones is economies of scale,shortage in recovery amounts bring about recycling business losses,for small and medium-sized mobile phone manufacturers,expansion of recycling business may be reduce the economic benefits and increase the total cost,it is first selection for small and medium-sized enterprises that recycling business outsource third-party recyclers,therefore,exploration of third-party old mobile phone recyclers has definite practical significance.Due to imperfection of recycling system,weakness of residents' environmental awareness and so on,old mobile phone recyclers of small and medium-sized cities have profit problems.nowadays,only few scholars explore old mobile phone recyclers of small and medium-sized cities,therefore,keeping abreast of profit status of Xinxiang City third-party discarded mobile phone recyclers and grasping the critical influence factors,will both help to solve existing problems of Xinxiang City third-party old mobile phone recyclers and provide reference for exploration others' prefecture-level city old mobile phone recyclers.On the basis of manufacturers discarded mobile phone recycling,third-party discarded mobile phone recycling and influence factors theory literature review,as the research sample of Xinxiang City third-party old mobile phones recyclers,and recycling will survey of Xinxiang City residents as the auxiliary.combining with the actual situation of Xinxiang City,paper propose hypothesis which platform service quality,customers' recycling will and government actions possess a positive effect for enterprise profit,besides,using statistical software of spss21.0 does statistical analysis for investigative data to knowledge profit status and influence factors of Xinxiang City third-party old mobile phones recyclers,does correlation and regression analysis and tests related hypothesis.The empirical results show that:(1)Platform service quality has a positive impact on Xinxiang third-party old mobile phone recyclers profit;(2)customers' recycling will has a positive impact on Xinxiang third-party old mobile phone recyclers profit;(3)the government actions has a positive impact on Xinxiang third-party old mobile phone recyclers profit.According to the results of research,this thesis puts forward three proposals:(1)each area is unit,besides,reference Germany's dual recycling system improves self-service quality;(2)in order to increase consumers' willingness of recycling,enterprises should enhance their normal construction and environmental protection consciousness of consumers;(3)government departments add to publicity of laws and recyclers' subsidies,so that customers knowledge harm of old mobile phones,and immediately join in old mobile phone recycling activities,besides,subsidies make recyclers more capital used service quality.
