Research On CAD Information Extraction And Reuse Baesd On Model Definition

With the development of the manufacturing industry,the design and manufacture of the products are focusing on efficient,which also facilitates the emergence and development of the computer aided design technology,computer aided engineering technology and computer aided manufacturing technology.In order to improve efficiency of production design,CAD/CAE/CAM integration has become a tendency.The traditional integration of CAD/CAE is that the CAD model is improted into the CAE software,but this integration only include the geometric information of the model,it is difficult to import its non-geometric information,and to achieve data integration completely.This thesis has the defense fund project" Radar structure CAD/CAE conversion interface" as research background,takes MBD information as a single data source for data integration,providing complete geometric and non-geometric information for product design,analysis,and manufacturing.extraction and reuse of CAD information is the core technology of CAD/CAE data integration implementation.This thesis firstly introduces the research status and development trend of MBD technology at home and abroad,summarizes the current research status and development trend of CAD information extraction,management and reuse,find the shortcomings of CAD information in the reuse process.Second,CAD information is classified according to the composition of CAD information,The nexus of different kinds of CAD information is expounded,and the MBD dataset is designed according to the relationship between CAD non-geometric information and geometric information.custom annotation module of CAD information is designed and the presentation mode of different kinds of CAD is proposed.Thirdly,according to the modeling principle of CAD model,the method and process of CAD information extraction are put forward,and the methods of various kinds of information extraction are respectively introduced.Aiming at the complexity of CAD non-geometric information,the hierarchical management method of CAD information is proposed and the scheme and process of CAD information reuse are designed.Finally,according to the process of CAD information extraction and reuse,through the Pro/Engineer secondary development technology and SQL Sever technology,CAD information management system is developed.According to the system requirements,the framework of CAD information system is designed and the function module of CAD information is developed,the feasibility and effectiveness of CAD information extraction and reuse are proved by examples,cater to the basic requirements of the project.
