Research And Development Of Control System For License Plate Automatic Press Machine

The traditional license plate press equipment plays a very important role in the manufacturing process of the license plate,however,most of the license plate press device of some small and medium-sized enterprises in china still uses manual press method,which is high labor-intensity,low work efficiency,and the technical level of the operators has a great affect on the machining quality of the license plate.It is difficult to make the corresponding control of the license plates for the wide variety of the license plates.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and research the traditional license plate press equipment for designing a method of the automatic license plate press machine which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and based on chinese national conditions.Taking the traditional license plate embossing machine as the research object,based on the analyzing of the original matching process,working principle for license plate,as well as the worker's operating habits during the processing,then the specific mechanical system program and the automatic control process are determined.And finally divide the design of the license plate automatic press machine into four main parts: feeding assembly,mould storehouse assembly,pressing mould assembly and manipulator assembly.The control system of the press word machine is designed,corresponding to the mechanical system program of the automatic machine of license plate.The control system can be divided into the design of the hardware and software.The hardware design mainly includes the selection of host computer,PLC,servo motor and cylinder in system,then design the electrical systems such as the main circuit,PLC control circuit,AC servo system circuit and the pneumatic system loops based on the results of the selection.The software mainly includes the design of the lower computer program and upper computer program in the system.The PLC program of the lower computer includes the design of the motion control program and the communication program between the motion control program,the host computer and the servo driver.The lower machine program adopts the idea of modular programming,and the whole process is divided into several modules,each module non-interference with each other,which is benefit to the improvement of the readability and reliability of the program.Then optimize the program based on the distribution position,the selecting rules and the changing storage mode of the character model in the stereo mold library.The communication between the upper computer program and lower machine PLC is established by using C# programming language,then uses the MySQL database to establish a corresponding database,which facilitates the manual operation and management of the database.
