With the rapid development of the Internet and digital technologies comes the exponential growth of digital contents and cases of digital copyright infringement.Current research on digital copyright protection-either domestic or overseas-have not been able to completely resolve the issue of infringement through technical methods.The foundation for implementing copyright protection policies ought to be constructed by combining policy and technology.To do so,the most direct way is to use technical method to ensure the rights of digital works.Problems exist in the digital system of China's authorizing organizations,including privacy leakage,data security breach,and system vulnerability.To solve these problems,this thesis proposes a blockchain-based method from the perspective of right-determination.Protecting users' privacy and yielding high outcomes,this method has the advantage of being traceable,tamper-proof,resource conservative,and highly transparent.Main research results are as follows:(1)Targeting the consensus issues of transforming digital right registration system into a multi-center architecture and applying blockchain technology,an Advanced Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance Algorithm(APBFT)is proposed based on the practical Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm.This algorithm applies the traditional algorithm to P2P network and proposes an admission mechanism based on digital certificates.It solves the problem that C/S and static network structures in traditional algorithms are not suitable for blockchain environments.Through the use of local consensus and node-grading mechanisms to reduce the scale of consensus,the verification process was removed from the consensus process to reduce the complexity of the consensus process and solve the problem of slow consensus and low throughput.The experimental results verify the validity of the APBFT consensus algorithm and its advantages in throughput over other algorithm platforms.(2)In order to study the combination of digital copyright registration system and blockchain technology,a digital copyright registration data interaction and storage model based on blockchain technology is proposed.The model uses APBFT consensus algorithm to solve the problem of low throughput and resource wasting.A multi-channel design solution is adopted to solve the problem that the information disclosure and privacy protection cannot be taken into account in the blockchain.Furthermore,the complete model of the architecture design and process design is elaborated to facilitate the further implementation and application of the model.(3)A digital copyright registration system based on blockchain technology adapted with the improved algortithm and design model described in(1)and(2),respectively.This system is constructed by the proposed model and adopts the proposed algorithm.The blockchain is used as the data layer.According to the demand analysis various functional modules of the system are implemented.The system has met the requirements of practical application scenarios in both function and performance.
