Fitting is an important process for people to buy clothes,which plays a key role in clothing purchase.By fitting,people can intuitively understand whether clothing styles,sizes,and colors match with themselves,and can truly feel the texture and size of the clothing.Therefore,clothing retailers usually provide fitting rooms for consumers to try clothes on.However,the traditional fitting process is cumbersome and inefficient,and each fitting effect can only be preserved by the consumers' memory,so some consumers prefer to abandon the clothing purchase rather than try it on.The emergence of virtual fitting technology provides a solution to some problems in the traditional fitting process.However,the characteristics of the clothing make the existing virtual fitting lack of realism,and also reduce the consumer's shopping experience.At present,the evaluation of the fitting effect is mainly evaluated by the consumers themselves or others.If the evaluator lacks expertise in clothing matching,it is difficult to make an appropriate evaluation.Therefore,it is very important for the clothing retail industry to improve the efficiency and enjoyment of traditional fitting.Based on the above situation,this paper carries out the research on virtual fitting method based on real dress,and carries out the research on the automatic evaluation method of clothing color matching effect on the basis of the virtual fitting method.This paper studies the following aspects.Build a virtual fitting system based on real dress.The system includes both hardware and software.The hardware of the system includes the camera device,the display device and its ancillary equipment.It is designed to obtain a picture of real dress,and to facilitate the study of virtual fitting.The software includes three aspects: the preservation andbrowsing of the real dress picture,the virtual fitting and the automatic evaluation of the clothing color matching effect.Research on virtual fitting method based on real dress.The research on the virtual fitting method mainly includes the clothing color replacement and the dynamic adjustment of the human face skin color in the real dress picture.The clothing color replacement is to replace the clothing color of the real dress picture,and the brightness and texture of the clothing color in the real dress picture are retained,so that the color-replaced picture looks real.The HSV color model is adopted to represent the target color,and then replace the color of the specified clothing in the real dress picture based on the model.The experiment is carried out to verify the realistic feeling of the virtual fitting picture after the color replacement.The experimental results show that the clothing color after replacement has strong authenticity in terms of folds and texture.The clothing color has a visual impact on the human face skin color,and the human face skin color in the virtual fitting picture will change.In order to reflect effect of wearing different clothing colors on the human face skin color,after the color replacement,the corresponding human face skin color will be adjusted accordingly,and the human face skin color dynamic study is carried out.By establishing the relationship between the clothing color value and the skin color difference value,a fitting formula for each type of face skin color is obtained,thereby realizing the dynamic adjustment of the human face skin color in virtual fitting picture.The experimental results show that this method is feasible.Research on the automatic evaluation of clothing color matching effect.On the basis of the real dress picture and virtual fitting picture,the evaluation research on the clothing color matching is carried out.Firstly,the image processing analysis technique is adopted to analyze the fitting picture and obtain the color characteristic value of the picture.And it can be as an objective evaluation index.Then combined with the subjective evaluation method,the clothing color matching automatic evaluation model is established.Finally,according to the model,the clothing color matching effect can be automatically evaluated.The experimental results show that the color matching model can get reasonable evaluation results.The virtual fitting system based on real clothes is designed and realized.Based on the above-mentioned virtual fitting method and its application research,this paper designs and implements a virtual fitting software based on real dress.Together with the hardware,we built a virtual fitting system based on real dress. |
