With the constant maturity of technology,the competition among high-tech products has become increasingly fierce,but the technical characteristics between products have become increasingly homogeneous,which makes it difficult to transform the technical advantages between companies into competitive advantages in the market.At present,the competition of enterprises is more on the degree of match between products and market trends.Only by improving the consistency between products and the market can it effectively attract consumers' attention.Taking the mobile phone market as an example,this article separately monitors the public opinion information,consumer commentary public opinion information,and product technical parameter information from network experts,and based on the quantitative direction of product matching,it monitors the development of enterprise product technology.This article compares Samsung,iPhone,Huawei,and OPPO,the representative smartphone brands,to analyze the relationship between product and market matching.Take an example of mobile phone market,this article use Crawler technology to obtain the network public opinion data,and use Natural Language Processing method to study the following aspects.First,research the hot market trend so as to reduce the enterprise loss.Second,through the technical scoring formula to locate the product technology in market position.Third,calculating the matching degree between product and market trend through space vector model.Fourth,calculating consumer's satisfaction with products through emotion analysis.Research on technology monitoring of smart phone market based on online public opinion information has resulted in the following conclusions: First,the attention of consumer technology hot spots will fluctuate within a certain period;Second,the core competitiveness of smart phone market has been transformed by technology.For market matching,thirdly,the influence of consumer satisfaction on brand market share has gradually increased.Fourthly,There is a positive correlation between technical market match and the market share of products.
