Landfill leachate is one of the main sources of stench from refuse transfer stations,and also one of the main pollution sources of municipal waste water pipe network.A reasonably structured town will lay out multiple refuse transfer stations.It will produce lots of rubbish leachate in the process,how to collect and handle,has always troubled municipal sanitation workers.If a large amount of landfill leachate is directly discharged into the wastewater treatment plant through municipal pipe network,and it will not only seriously aggravate the ecological environment of municipal waste water pipe network,affect residents' living environment,which arouse strong complaints from the surrounding residents,but also aggravate the management burden of wastewater treatment plant.The purpose of this paper is to research a kind of automatic treatment and process control system of landfill leachate based on plasma,In order to realize the real-time monitoring and automatic control of multi-parameters in the process of landfill leachate treatment,enhance the automation of garbage leachate treatment process,and realize the remote measurement and control requirements of the parameters in the process of landfill leachate through the Internet of things +.In the industrial control system,PLC control system only relatively simple sequence and logic control,the calculation ability is limited,it is difficult to achieve waste leachate control system more complex algorithms,therefore,this paper aims to design a single chip computer +PLC system to deal with landfill leachate.The whole system is divided into two parts: field control and remote control.The remote measurement and control: single-chip microcomputer collects the sensor signal,communicates with the WIFI module through a serial port,and upload the data to the cloud platform of the music network via the router,PC log-in cloud platform to realizes the purpose of real-time monitoring.The single-chip microcomputer can check the status value on the server by the WIFI module,and control the external execution module remotely according to the obtained state value.The site control: The data of dissolved oxygen sensor and turbidity sensor are collected in real time by single chip microcomputer.The collected data is fuzzy control algorithm.IO port communication is carried out through voltage conversion module Between PLC and SCM.The PLC identifies the high and low level signal sent by the single chip,and the intelligent control plasma,air pump,ultrasonic high and low gear combination work.we use the Easy Builder 8000 programming software to design the graphical interface of the touch screen,and finally realize the function of human-computer interaction.
