NCSs have gained much popularity and great attention in the fields of control and communication over the past decades. The NCSs are closed-loop systems in which the information of plant and controller signals are transmitted through digital and intelli-gent network communication channel. In practical engineering, some new interesting problems, such as quantization, data packet loss and time delays, are caused by the uncertain communication network. On the other hand, most of physical control systems are naturally nonlinear and T-S fuzzy model has been recognized as a powerful tool in approximating and describing complex nonlinear systems. This paper investigates the problem of mean square stabilization for sampled-data T-S fuzzy NCSs with ran-dom packet dropouts.Firstly, based on the Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions are derived for the mean square stability and formulated in terms of LMIs.Secondly, the corresponding sampled-data fuzzy controller design algorithm is also proposed based up-on the stability condition. Finally, the numerical examples and simulations are provided to illustrate the usefulness of the theory result.
