In recent years,e-government has become the main operating mode of public institutions and government offices.Although e-government for government and institutions to provide streamlined and efficient service,it also bring some security risks.More and more information is no longer the paper as the carrier,but stored in electronic documents,whether in the secret document storage or transmission process,the secrecy has brought great trouble.The lack of effective regulation means that leaks in electronic documents can cause serious security problems.At home and abroad,the main use of physical firewall,behavior management,information encryption storage,installation of electronic document monitoring system and other schemes to solve the leak problem.This project relies on a Shenzhen Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,designed to develop a set of document monitoring background service system to meet the needs of the Government and related departments.The whole system consists of configuration server,database synchronization program,two audit system,client and alarm server subsystem.This paper is responsible for the configuration of the server,database synchronization program,two audit system three core modules of the design and implementation.At present,the similar products in the market have high false alarm rate and decentralized monitoring and control system,the two audit modules developed in this paper can effectively reduce false positives rate,and the configuration server and database synchronization module are developed to monitor centralized management.For the document monitoring background service system,this article mainly did the following work:1.Analyze the development background,practical significance of the document monitoring system and research status at home and abroad.2.Analysis of document monitoring background Service system architecture design,the configuration of the server module,database synchronization program,two audit system functions are outlined respectively.3.Configure the server module,database synchronization program,two auditsystem three core modules for code implementation.In order to enhance the security of the system,in the aspect of authentication,this paper puts forward an authentication method,which integrates face recognition,username password and USB key,to ensure the security of the system.4.Based on the spring boot framework,the Java language,as the primary development language,is developed with a combination of MySQL database,JPA technology,Ajax Technology,thymeleaf template engine,Eclipse IDE,Debian operating system,and many other technologies.Complete unit test and integration testing,and assist testers to complete system functional testing.
