With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,the big data generated at the edge of the network makes it impossible for the centralized cloud computing center to efficiently process the massive data'and the real-time requirements of users are difficult to guarantee.In order to meet the above challenges,mobile edge computing technology came into being,which will cloud computing capabilities from the cloud sink to the edge of the network to ensure real-time business needs.This paper focuses on the problem of edge server placement in mobile edge computing environment and designs an effective edge server placement method to reduce access delay and optimize load balancing.This method first abstracts the edge server placement problem as a multi-objective optimization problem.Then,the load balancing model and access delay model fitness function are designed to balance the workload of the edge server and minimize the number of mobile users and edge servers Finally,the experimental results based on Shanghai Telecom base station datasets show that the proposed method is based on two evaluations of access delay and load balancing Indicators superior to other methods of comparison.
