With the rapid development of economy,the number of overrun vehicles is increasing.The influx of overloaded vehicles not only damaged the highway traffic facilities,but also caused a large number of traffic accidents,threatening the safety of people's life all times and greatly hindering the development of the Chinese highway transport industry.In recent years,the effective implementation of governance overloading has made the number of overloaded vehicles decreased,but the overloading phenomenon still can not be completely controlled from the source.At present,almost all toll station entrances in China are equipped with overrun detection stations,but the stations are fixed and the overrun vehicles can avoid detection.Portable weighing devices on the market can randomly check up suspicious vehicles on the road,but the portable weighing equipment has not realized the function of data networking,the on-site law enforcement personnel are easy to cheat,and the supervision department can not get the on-site weighing data in time and causes the inconvenience of management.In view of this situation,this paper developed an overrun detection in motion system based on “Internet +”,the system can realize the function of data networking.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:1)Data acquisition system design.Data acquisition system is a key part of the whole system design,including hardware design and software design.The hardware processor usingMSP430F149,A/D converter using CS5530,and wireless communication module using ESP8266-01 S module.This paper mainly completed the study of the Anti-reversing axis chaos recognition algorithm and the data acquisition program design.2)Weighing software design for mobile detector.The mobile detector chooses a phone with Android system,communicating with the data acquisition system through Wi-Fi module and the communicating with Web server through 4G wireless network,dynamic weighing data can be displayed on the weighing interface of the mobile detector,at the same time,the data can be uploaded to the data center for storage.3)Design of overrun detection and query in motion system based on Web.The query system uses B/S mode and MVC design mode to complete the system development.The database server chooses MySQL database for data storage and accesses MySQL database through JDBC technology to query the detection information.After debugging the system,it is tested in the laboratory.The test results show that the system can accurately identify the number of vehicle axles,and effectively solve the problem of increasing the number of axles caused by the driver reversing back and forth.At the same time,the real-time detection results can be displayed on the weighing interface of the mobile detector,and the detection information is saved to the data center.Logging Web overrun detection and query in motion system can check the inspection data at any time,and the test results meet the design requirements of the system.
