Due to the urgent need for frequency converters in the field of high-power transmission,this paper is designed for IGCT two-level voltage source type AC-DC-AC high-power frequency converters.Based on the introduction of a variety of topologies for the main circuit of high-power inverters,a topology structure based on IGCT two-level voltage source AC-DC-AC high-power frequency converters was analyzed.By calculating the circuit parameters of the main circuit of high-power frequency converters and studying two levels voltage source frequency converters space vector control strategy to design its hardware circuits and software systems,and the use of simulation experiments to verify the correctness of the design.Firstly,the main circuit topology of high-power frequency converters is introduced in a complete way.It is divided into AC-DC-AC frequency converters and AC-AC frequency converters.Through comparison and introduction of the various topological structures of the rectifier and inverter of the main circuit of the AC-DC-AC frequency converter,IGCT two-level voltage source type AC-DC-AC high-power frequency converter is analyzed.The IGCT working principle and its buffer circuit are analyzed.An improved RLCD+RCD buffer circuit is proposed.Then the topological structure of the two-level voltage source type AC-DC-AC high-power frequency converter is studied from the topology introduction and working mode.Then,it designs the IGCT two-level voltage source type AC-DC-AC high-power frequency converter.The circuit parameters of the main circuit of the high-power frequency converter are designed.It includes the rectification,filtering and inverter circuit.Based on the calculation of the voltage,current and power of the device,the type of device that meets the requirements is selected.A space vector control strategy for two-level voltage source type AC-DC-AC converter is designed.Its main contents include the definition of the space vector modulation,the division of the switch operation state,the establishment of the space vector,the calculation method of the action time and the design of the switching sequence.A hardware system is designed,which mainly includes main cicuit,DSP chip circuit,over current protection,DC bus voltage protection,inverter temperature protection,EMI suppression circuit,serial communication circuit,drive control circuit,buffer circuit and power supply circuit design.A software system is designed,which mainly includes the design of the main program of the system,the design of the SVM control interruption and the realization process of the SVM modulation wave,the overcurrent protection in the control protection program,the design of the DC bus voltage protection and the temperature protection of the inverter,and the design of the system communication and human-computer interaction program.Finally,a simulink simulation model based on IGCT two-level voltage source type AC-DC-AC high-power frequency converter is established,and a 10MVA high-power frequency converter experimental model is established.The simulation and experimental waveform analysis verify the correctness of the design.
