In 2011,the second round of undergraduate teaching review and evaluation began to start.The education evaluation center of the Ministry of education used the basic state database system to collect data from thousands of colleges and universities in China.Through data,we will conduct examination and evaluation of university orientation and personnel training objectives,so as to promote the high quality development of higher education.In the collection of basic data in Colleges and universities,fixed forms,large numbers of data,and special data in Colleges and universities have brought great difficulties to data collection.It is urgent to design and implement the question answering system of undergraduate assessment to solve these problems,improve the efficiency of data collection,and accelerate the process of audit evaluation.Since the basic data of the University have the domain relevance,it also requires higher query efficiency in question and answer.In this paper,the design and implementation of the undergraduate evaluation Q&A system is focused on the design and implementation of the automatic question and answer function,at the same time,the online question and answer function and offline question and answer function are added to assist the question and answer.Realize the one-stop solution to the problems in the basic state data acquisition platform of colleges and universities..After the system is realized,it can help the university data collector and evaluator get rid of the document search,online search,QQ consulting and other inefficient questions,making a contribution to the automation office of the University.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,through the investigation and research of some universities,we can get the actual system requirements of University appraisers and collectors.At the same time,we collected the source data of undergraduate assessment.Second,this paper divides automatic question answering into three sub modules:question preprocessing,information retrieval and answer extraction.In the preprocessing of question,TF-IDF algorithm is first used to construct a proprietary dictionary in the field of undergraduate evaluation;secondly,word segmentation is carried out by the combination of FMM and HMM,and N-gram algorithm is used to optimize the result of the participle.The dictionary,and the standardized process of the design of the key words,standardize the key words extracted from the question sentence,and get the set of the standard key words.Finally,according to the standardized key words,the problem is classified into two kinds of problems and the concept of domain knowledge point.In information retrieval,an automatic construction algorithm is used to construct the domain knowledge data model of undergraduate evaluation.According to different problem types,different knowledge data models are loaded to retrieve information and improve retrieval efficiency.The answer extraction is based on the processing results obtained from information retrieval,and gets the answer from the Mysql database.Third,according to the actual application demand analysis results,the undergraduate evaluation QA system is designed in detail,and the coding technology is implemented by appropriate technology.The function and performance test shows that the system functions meet user needs,and the performance meets the application requirements.At present,the question and answer system of undergraduate evaluation has been initially implemented.After the further optimization of information retrieval,the system is ready to be applied in the undergraduate course evaluation network of Hainan University.
