Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)can monitor,collect and process information through a large number of nodes.Because of the complexity of monitoring area,the function of single node is weak,energy is limited,and energy efficiency becomes the key problem of the whole network.The Directional Diffusion routing protocol(DD)is a classical data based routing protocol,but there is a large amount of energy consumption in the initial interest Diffusion phase of data transmission gradient.Therefore,how to make the directional diffusion routing protocol more energy efficient and long life is still an important research direction of wireless sensor network.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.A directional diffusion routing algorithm based on gradient threshold and hop values is proposed(DD-JTH).To infinite periodic interest message packet detection and data forwarding caused by energy consumption in the form of index increasing network load caused by serious drawbacks,DD-JTH hop of node set gradient threshold value,interest spread by hoping transmission,sensor nodes after receiving interest,update the data in the early,need to hop node values and to identify the size of the gradient threshold,only when the hop value is less than the gradient threshold gradient of the neighbor nodes will be selected as the next hop node of diffusion,the limited number of forwarding nodes,avoid unnecessary data forwarding,the forwarding nodes as far as possible close to the best transmission path.2.A directional diffusion routing algorithm based on gradient threshold and residual energy is proposed(DD-JTH).For spreading interest message repeatedly by node energy out to reestablish the gradient,the gradient use of established the disadvantages of insufficient,DD-RTH residual energy of node energy threshold,set the gradient within the scope of the algorithm running time,was originally set up relevant gradient doesn't work,only along a path to strengthen the transmission data,if once appear,a node in the strengthening path energy is less than the setting threshold,to set up and start to strengthen path,node and data will be according to the new path for transmission.The simulation experiment shows that,compared with the directional diffusion routing protocol(DD),DD-JTH increases with the number of nodes,decreases the number of packets and energy consumption,and increases the residual energy ofnodes.DD-RTH increases the average residual energy as the number of nodes and running time increases.Both of the improved methods reduce energy consumption and achieve high energy efficiency.
